Regional Recruiter

(remote/home office based opportunity- prefer candidate to be on CST)

This position is an excellent advancement opportunity for professional growth! Position will be a fantastic addition to extremely successful, specialized Century Therapy Recruiting Team. Position recruits for specialized Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist candidates nationally for our long-term and rapidly growing client base. Must provide superior communication skills and professionalism, while maintaining our client partner's and Century’s stellar reputation. Position reports to Director of Recruiting.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit therapy professionals (PT, PTA, COTA, OT, and SLP candidates) via a variety of creative recruiting avenues
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process
  • Consistently researching new sources for talent while cultivating relationships with industry professionals
  • Consistently networking on a local and national basis with candidates, associations and educational resources
  • Identify professionals with the right combination of experience, education and skills to fill a particular position; contact and screen potential employees who fit position profile and have the potential to become valuable additions to our company
  • Data entry throughout entire day within specialized company system to ensure clean, accurate candidate and client database
  • Constant communication with hiring leaders throughout our company
  • Manage PRN candidate lists for all regional leaders
  • Communicate, as needed, to current employees, while consistently building long-term relationships
  • Attend weekly, monthly team meetings
  • Additional recruiting duty or responsibility requested by Director associated to recruiting, business development or other related project

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media, marketing and promotional ads, newspaper ads, flyers, etc…
  • Attend all industry conferences and career fairs


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Must have allied health/therapy recruiting experience
  • Must be a team player and practice superior work ethics
  • Must be goal oriented and self-motivated
  • Maintain valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed (10-15% Travel)
  • Must possess advanced computer skills with ability to quickly learn different specialized company software
  • Superior communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Make informed business decisions based on data and statistics
  • Leverage advanced knowledge and skills to succeed as a Recruiter
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and possess excellent time management
  • Must be well-organized
